Return Policy
We always hope that our products have exceeded your expectations. If you are unsatisfied, please email or call our customer support team so we can help support you. Since we do not offer free returns please contact us before sending your items back.
Returns will only be accepted 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following products: used products, customized and personalized products, and any special orders that have been customized with specifications outside the normal offerings.
We do not send pre-paid return labels for you to return your product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us using your preferred carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). If the product has been taken out of the package, it needs to be packed up the same way it was received. Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or order number.
Refund will be given based on the following guidelines: you will be refunded all but the actual shipping cost of the products or products. Actual shipping cost is the amount we were charged to initially ship the product to you. If you are in the continental U.S. and spent over $50.00 you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; however, the amount we paid to ship your product(s) to you will be kept out of the refund. If an item you purchased is visibly damaged, we will keep 50% of the cost of the product + actual shipping cost. It is important to pack your item(s) with care before sending back to us to avoid damage.
If you would like to know how much your item(s) will cost to ship back to us, please email info@captainbobdesigns.com, and we can let you know what will be kept for shipping.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please send a write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible and email info@captainbobdesigns.com no later than 7 days after delivery date and before returning the product.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Picture Proof of Delivery
The carrier's Picture Proof of Delivery with an official tracking number is proof that your package was successfully delivered to the address you provided on the order. Captain Bob Designs is not responsible for theft of your delivered product(s) after the carrier has delivered the package(s) and provides a Picture Proof of Delivery.
Personalized Products Return & Cancellation Policy
All personalized Products are non-refundable as all personalized products are made to order unless it is deemed to be the fault of Captain Bob Designs or proof of damage by the courier. Manufacturing time and resources have already been allocated in producing each item as soon as 6 hours from the time an order is placed. Personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless their is an error on our part or damaged by the courier. The text, color, and size you provide on a personalized the order is exactly what we will produce and deliver, and it is the buyers responsibility to check accuracy before placing the order.
Should you experience any issue receiving or received a damaged personalized product please reach out to us with a picture of the item and shipping box you received at info@captainbobdesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once 48 hours have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds.
