How do I choose the right SandBar setup for my boat, beach, or water activities?

When does the preorder event run?

The SandBar Preorder Event runs from November 4th through December 1st while supplies last. We do not guarantee availability during the event dates.

What products are included in the preorder event?

The preorder event features exclusive SandBar bundles tailored to fit your boating, beach, and sandbar needs. Each bundle will provide you with a SandBar Mount and a SandBar Table. The Pontoon Boat Flag will include the SandBar Pontoon Mount and Flag of your choice.

What customization options are available in each bundle?

Each bundle allows you to customize key elements. Depending on the bundle, you can select flag pole size, SandBar Table colors, mount styles, and mount colors. Check out each bundle’s specific options for more details.

Is there a limit to how many bundles I can order?

There’s no limit on the number of bundles you can order unless you reach a point that we sell out of a bundle! If you’re outfitting multiple areas or want a setup for both the boat and the beach, order as many as you like while supplies last.

Can I buy individual SandBar products during the event, or are only bundles available?

Yes, you can still buy individual SandBar products during the event just as you can all year! If you'd like to build a bundle and have your your items delivered right away, you can check out our SandBar Starter Sets. Purchase of a Starter Set will be shipped as a standard order outside of the preorder timeline.

When will my preorder items ship?

Preorder items are shipped in the order they’re received starting December 2nd. This means the sooner you place your order, the sooner it’ll be on its way to you once our event concludes. All Preorder items will be delivered by December 21st. Free Shipping on all orders.

Will I be able to track my order once it ships?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number(s) so you can follow your SandBar gear’s journey to your doorstep. Some Bundles/orders will need to be delivered in multiple packages, but you will receive tracking numbers and updates for all packages being delivered.

What if I need to cancel or change my preorder?

If you need to make changes or cancel your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications may not be possible once processing begins.

Can I return or exchange products from my preorder?

We want you to love your SandBar setup! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy on our website, or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Whether you're at the beach, on the boat, or in shallow waters at the sandbar, you can quickly customize your setup to fit your needs. Every SandBar Table, Flag Pole, Phone Holder, and accessory is compatible with every SandBar Mount giving you full flexibility.

This means you can swap out your SandBar Table (drink holder) for a flag pole in a snap or add a phone holder when you need it. The SandBar system grows with you, letting you expand and change your setup depending on where you are and what you need at the moment.
